• keep you informed about general school matters and about your child’s progress

• ensure appropriate homework is set and marked in line with the school policy

• ensure my child goes to school regularly, in uniform and properly equipped
• make the school aware of any concerns or problems that might affect my child’s work or behaviour
• support the school’s policies and guidelines for behaviour as outlined in the school brochure
• support my child in homework by regularly checking and signing the diary
• attend parents’ evening and discussions about my child’s progress
• inform the school as soon as possible if my child cannot attend
• ensure my child behaves well on the way to and from school
